Elegantly textured with a striking depth of flavor balanced by lively tension, our 2023 Green Acres Hill Chardonnay unfurls in lush layers of Gravenstein apple, Alpine strawberry and ripe mango, complexed by notes of baking spice, sweet grains and yeast. The palate is both deeply concentrated and precise with fresh apple pie notes lingering on the extremely long, mouthwatering finish.

Our 2023 Roberts Road Chardonnay offers up juicy honeysuckle, orange rind and lemon curd notes that gain complexity on the palate with the emergence of wet stone, white peach and a sweet roasted grain richness that hints of just baked apple tart. Bright acidity adds buoyancy to the long complex finish.

Our 2023 Fighting Brothers Pinot Noir exhibits the harmonious balance of concentrated fruit and bright acidity we strive for with this proprietary blend. Lively aromas of fresh florals, Bing cherry and dried rose petals give way to rich notes of ripe plum, dark chocolate and sweet vanilla that persist on the expansive palate. A beautiful sum of its parts, this premier vineyard blend offers complexity, elegance and a long, nuanced finish.

Even though we expect great aromatics from this site, nothing could prepare us for the wow factor that came when we popped the cork on our 2023 Roberts Road Pinot Noir. Quintessentially Pinot and then some, the nose opens with exotic notes of mulberry, boysenberry, and orange blossom followed by sweet vanilla, baking spice and chocolate. The palate holds its own with mouthfilling texture, polished red fruit and bright acidity that persists through the long. elegant finish.

Dark, inky and fruit forward, our 2023 Stonewall Zinfandel is a wonderful balance of bright fruit and rich mouthfeel. The wine’s juicy core of ripe black fruits, sweet allspice, chocolate and vanillin caramel is carried through the lingering finish by polished, creamy-oak tannins

As a winemaker, it’s all about trying to make that elusive “perfect” wine; this is the closest I’ve ever come. Montrachet-like in its richness, our 2021 SBX Reserve is a truly complete wine, stunning in its depth, complexity and structure. A  sumptuous core of golden delicious apples, honeydew melon, mango and pineapple floods the palate with enticing hints of  hazelnut and almond butter adding delicious nuance to the wine’s incredibly long and expressive finish.  

The vineyard is among the most exciting I’ve worked with and our inaugural 2021 Jasper Freestone Pinot Noir is my most personal interpretation of the site. The wine’s depth and complexity is immediately apparent by its captivating aromatics that unfurl in waves of Bing cherry, boysenberry, raspberry, and pomegranate nuanced by hints of floral, clove, and sweet pipe tobacco. The palate is supple and generous with a weightiness that belies the vineyard’s youth, offering a core of lush fruit, buoyed by bright acidity that persists through the very long, spice-tinged finish.

Boasting the vineyard’s famed “cherry pie in a glass” signature, our 2021 Gap’s Crown Pinot Noir lives up to expectations.  It opens with cherry, sweet vanilla and toast notes that gain hints of baking spice with air.  On the palate berry compote and brioche are cradled by soft tannins.
